Thanks to Trina and Kevin for hosting a surprise 22nd birthday party for Tanya. There are 3 american couples here right now (including us) who are adopting children- here we all are with Masha and Yegor (Kevin and Trina's kids), Svetlana, Tanya and our driver Sergie. Can you spot the Americans?
